Mississippi State’s newly renovated MS Agriculture and Forestry Experiment Station Sales Store, home to Ƶ favorites like Edam cheese and Muscadine Ripple ice cream, features a new window banner inviting customers to stop by. Affectionately known as the “cheese store,” it is one of the university’s most beloved and tastiest traditions, stocking much of the 25,000 balls, blocks and wheels of cheese and 25,000 gallons of ice cream each year. The store is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
